This website does not have a contact form, does not use analytics, and does not ask you to create an account. We only collect personal information when you choose to contact us by email or phone. That may include:

  • Your name, company, email address and phone number
  • Details of your project, such as drawings, tender documents and Site Investigation reports
  • Anything else you choose to tell us

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, carry out work you have asked for, and keep proper business and accounting records. Our legal basis is either taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running our business.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists. We only share it where needed to do our work or meet a legal duty, for example with our accountants or IT and hosting providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as they are needed for the work, and business and accounting records for 6 years as required by law. After that we delete them securely.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. Our fonts are loaded from our own website, not from Google.

Website hosting

Our website is hosted by IONOS. Like most web servers, theirs may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.

Our site links to LinkedIn and X. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To do this, email info@onyxconstruction.co.uk.
